  • That depends on your capacity to study. Volume 1 of the textbooks is 191 pages. Volume 2 is 185 pages. Volume 3 is 270 pages. Volume 4 is 304 pages. Volume 5 is 300 pages. There is also the Six Course which is less reading. Estimate a month for each course and thats a total of 6 months to complete the course and take the exam. Of course, each student is allowed to work at their own pace, faster or slower as time permits.

  • The complete package, which includes unlimited access to everything on the website, all five volumes of the textbook, and the exam is $675 if paid all at once, or $700 if paid in two monthly installments. You will learn and be empowered to think as a sovereign being and understand what it will take to exercise self-determination, both individually and collectively as a New Afrikan person. Most importantly, after passing the final examination, you will become a certified New Afrikan Diplomatic and Civil Service Corps member eligible for employment in the New Afrikan Plebiscite Campaign for Self Determination. This may include foreign service around the world and especially in Africa.

  • The New Afrikan Diplomatic and Civil Service Corps (NADCSC) is a private group that provides consulting and diplomatic service to the nation of New Afrikan people in the United States in their exercise of self determination in pursuit of freedom, independence and justice. It does not claim to be any kind of national leadership structure. Its ultimate strategic goal is expressed in its CALL FOR THE FIRST NEW AFRIKAN & AFRO DESCENDANT PLEBISCITE CONGRESS IN THE UNITED STATES which would establish an objective, qualified national body constituted to take responsibility for conducting the plebiscite. At this stage, as a private entity, it has only mandated an exploratory committee to conduct an initial plebiscite survey to serve as the basis for a feasibility study for conducting a plebiscite campaign.
